Continuing financial support for Parish
(No cash on Sundays and no Hall lettings income)

As you follow mass on Sunday don't forget to put your gifts in the weekly envelope.
They can be taken to church when it reopens

This is a good time to consider standing orders. Julian Hall can provide details for setting up a monthly/quarterly payment.

If you want to give immediately, the diocese has set up a Just  Giving  link. You can direct your offering to a parish or priest or even easter offering at a parish.
Simply list the name of the church or parish you would like your contribution to go to and we will do the rest. Click on contribution

Two Way Communications

During this current crisis we have found there is a need for new ways to keep in contact with each other and maintain a sense of community.

However  we can no longer be together at Mass, meet for coffee mornings or just chat to each other.

  • To fill the two way gap Chris Roffey has set up a St Clements Zulip Chat account.

This is a bit like a clean, advert free version of facebook and email combined, but private to members. It is available through your web browser or using dedicated apps for all major computers, phones and tablets...

If you haven't already received an invitation to join
please send your name and email address via the Zulip Chat Page

Following Government Guidelines

On 23rd March the Prime Minister set out the new rules which we must now live by in order to keep ourselves and our community safe. It’s vital we all adhere to them - for our own health and for others.

You can only leave your home:

  • to shop for basic essentials – only when you really need to
  • to do one form of exercise a day – such as a run, walk or cycle, alone or with other people you live with
  • for any medical need – for example, to visit a pharmacy or deliver essential supplies to a vulnerable person
  • to travel to and from work – but only where this is absolutely necessary
As of Monday 6 April
 Being slowly revised in England.

  • More than one period of exercise allowed per day.
  • Go to work if you can't work from home but preferably avoid public transport. Oh and don't use your car either if you can walk or cycle to work....
  • Out doors meeting up with one family member from a different household.
  • Maintain social distancing at all times

As of Friday 15 May
